Vizance in Wisconsin is seeking a Personal Lines Associate to manage a book of business, respond to client questions, and design insurance solutions. You will stay updated on industry trends and maintain records while collaborating with carriers to obtain quotes and endorsements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Personal Lines experience in an insurance agency.
• WI Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Epic is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Desire to be part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business.
• Policy Management: Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions.
• Carrier Communication: Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents; liaise between clients and carriers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines regulations.

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly.
• Policy Management: Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions. Review and update insurance policies. Assist clients in policy renewals.
• Carrier Communication: Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines insurance regulations.

Requirements

• Valid WI Property and Casualty insurance license, preferred
