Job summary

Hippocratic AI in the United States seeks an Agent Deployment Architect to lead high-impact deployments translating AI into operational healthcare value. You will design, implement, and scale solutions embedded with customers, partnering with stakeholders to navigate provider environments and drive adoption.

You will own major outcomes by deploying health systems from design to go-live, establishing relationships, and building best-practice playbooks for future implementations at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment, implementation, or related customer-facing roles with enterprise or healthcare clients.
• Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows and systems in health systems or provider environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication skills translating business and technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Required BA/BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and end-to-end execution for provider customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows and translate requirements into deployment designs.
• Create scalable deployment designs across EHR systems and delivery models.
• Coordinate across deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Identify and mitigate deployment risks proactively.
• Design and standardize deployment playbooks and operating models.
• Serve as trusted advisor during rollout and adoption.
