Aon is seeking an experienced actuarial professional to deliver strategy and health care actuarial consulting for diverse clients. You will lead client engagements, serve as a technical coach, and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• ASA designation or close
• 4+ years health care industry experience (carrier or consulting)
• Project management experience
• People management/mentoring experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial client teams and provide technical coaching; sign off on results.
• Exhibit leadership in anticipating client needs and developing alternatives.
• Explain actuarial methodologies and results to clients and discuss options.
• Participate in strategic client discussions and drive process improvements.
• Oversee jumbo client projects and coordinate across actuarial team members.
