Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients across in-facility settings. You will design recovery plans and deliver targeted therapy to restore strength, mobility, and function.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or PT-related field with licensure.
• Equivalent US credential evaluation for degrees earned outside the US.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience acceptable.
• Active PT license in the practice state or eligibility confirmed.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and plan patient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy in facility settings.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and caregivers for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence and function.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

5 years of progressively responsible PT experience

Valid Physical Therapy license in state of practice
