Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent credential.
• Foreign degree must be evaluated to U.S. equivalence for PT.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to promote recovery.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
