Job summary

Partners In Development Foundation is seeking a Wellness Coordinator in Waianae, HI. The role focuses on developing culturally grounded wellness supports to strengthen readiness, resilience, and well-being of ʻōpio, in collaboration with the Kīʻapu land-preparation team, Navigators, and other youth programs.

The position involves planning and facilitating workshops, coordinating providers, and ensuring access to supports, with a hybrid work model and regular travel across Oʻahu and Molokaʻi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, public health, health education, human services, education, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in youth development, behavioral health, wellness education, or related field.
• Experience developing or coordinating wellness resources, workshops, referrals, providers, or community partnerships.
• Experience facilitating groups or learning activities related to wellness, resilience, relationships, or healthy decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate a holistic wellness approach aligned with organizational priorities.
• Organize wellness resources and supports addressing emotional, mental, physical, and relational well-being.
• Build relationships with behavioral health providers and community partners.
• Develop processes for referrals, eligibility, consent, and info-sharing for supports.
• Identify gaps in wellness services and recommend improvements.
