Responsibilities

  • Oversee and align staff across pathways, wellness, data, and events.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, training providers, and community organizations.
  • Manage grants, budgets, reporting, and timelines.
  • Provide staff coaching, performance feedback, and planning.
