Job summary

Ho`ōla Nā Pua seeks a Programs Coordinator – Oʻahu to lead trauma-informed group sessions for youth and support a dynamic mentoring program. You will coordinate logistics, build community partnerships, and ensure compliant documentation across multiple sites on Oʻahu.

The role requires at least one year of experience with at-risk youth, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel to sites across the Hawaiian Islands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, psychology, education (or related field).
• At least 1 year of experience with high-risk, system-involved, or vulnerable youth.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel to community sites across Oʻahu and possibly Kauai.
• Reliable transportation and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly trauma-informed group sessions for youth across diverse settings.
• Support mentoring program outreach, engagement, and mentor recruitment.
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and communications with partners and staff.
• Collect and analyze program data; support evaluation and program improvements.
• Participate in outreach events and represent the program with community partners.
