Job summary

Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health Inc. is seeking a Receptionist for the Healing Arts Department to create a warm, welcoming guest experience and support daily operations through administrative tasks and dispensary duties.

This role requires 1–3 years of customer service, basic math and POS skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule. Experience with ResortSuite is a plus, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent with Microsoft training.
• Basic math and money handling/POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests for services, including scheduling, modifying, and canceling appointments.
• Open and close the department daily per SOPs.
• Support linen room maintenance and dispensary operations; ensure product availability.
• Respond to therapists’ facility and product requests.
• Coordinate with therapists to maintain smooth appointment flow and guest experience.
