Qualifications
Experience with headliner and soft trim tooling and assembly processes.
Strong understanding of tooling design, process engineering, and equipment integration.
Ability to use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or Catia.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with design teams for manufacturability assessments.
Develop RFQs for forming tools and evaluate compliance.
Investigate process failures and implement corrective actions.
