Qualifications

• Experience with headliner and soft trim tooling and assembly processes.
• Strong understanding of tooling design, process engineering, and equipment integration.
• Ability to use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or Catia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams for manufacturability assessments.
• Develop RFQs for forming tools and evaluate compliance.
• Investigate process failures and implement corrective actions.
