Re:Car Inc. is seeking a Senior Tooling Engineer to design tooling for manufacturing processes and collaborate with engineers on design improvements. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of automotive manufacturing experience and strong knowledge of trim line processes.

The role includes sourcing tooling, conducting trials, and managing tooling changes during production. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and proven leadership skills.

Working conditions may involve exposure to machinery and potential shift work.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP, and JIT.
• Strong knowledge of trim line processes and automotive interior components.

• Design jigs, fixtures, and tools for manufacturing processes.
• Source tooling from suppliers and manage RFQs.
• Conduct tool trials and validate performance.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for tools and dies.
