A leading automotive components manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled Process/Tooling Engineer in Manchester, TN. The role involves supporting design and manufacturing of headliner and trim components, with responsibilities including tooling development and process optimization. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with tooling and assembly processes, strong knowledge of equipment integration, and will be comfortable with Auto-Cad and PLCs. Qualifications

• Experience in headliner and soft trim tooling/assembly processes.
• Strong understanding of tooling design and process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with forming presses and assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability of components.
• Develop RFQs for tooling and assembly equipment.
• Investigate process failures and implement corrective actions.
