Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Header Machinist in Orange County to set up, troubleshoot, and operate cold heading machines in a fast-paced production environment. You will manufacture high-quality components per engineering drawings and specifications while maintaining productivity and equipment reliability.

Hours include 1st and 2nd shifts with Saturdays 2 per month. This role offers competitive benefits, overtime opportunities, and shift differential where applicable.

Qualifications

• Set up and operate cold heading machines to meet production requirements.
• Read engineered drawings and specifications to manufacture parts.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure quality.
• Record production output and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate cold heading equipment to produce high-quality components.
• Perform in-process inspections and verify conformance to drawings.
• Maintain equipment reliability and monitor processes for productivity.
• Accurately document production activity in the tracking system.
