Qualifications

• Organizational ability to run a total sports program.
• Proven coaching experience in the assigned sport (major sports).
• Strong knowledge of technical aspects of the sport and willingness to learn new theories.
• Ability to serve as a positive role model for student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the athletic program in line with district policies.
• Coordinate and support a staff of coaches with the athletic director and principal.
• Maintain discipline, oversee safety, and ensure staff development and program evaluation.
