Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain by start of season.
• Understand the sport, its safety practices, rules, and progression of skill development.
• Previous coaching experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with players, parents, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes regarding tennis techniques, rules, and safety practices.
• Develops and organizes practice program in conjunction with assistant coaches.
• Schedules and conducts practices according to the season calendar.
• Supervise athletes from start to finish, including bus trips and events.
• Promote the interscholastic tennis program in harmony with the school.
