Bank of Bird-in-Hand in Honey Brook, PA, is seeking a Head Teller to oversee daily teller operations and foster a high-performing, service-oriented team. The Head Teller will coach staff, manage branch reporting, and promote banking services with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2+ years of banking experience and a high school diploma, with preferred prior leadership within banking.

• Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures
• Collaborating with various departments within the organization
