Job summary

Maryland Rural Development Corporation is seeking a Head Start Teacher to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschoolers (ages 3-5) and collaborate with the Education Coordinator and team. The role includes maintaining portfolios, conducting observations, and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with at least one year of teaching experience preferred and a background check

• Ensure confidential and complete record-keeping for each child.
