Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) is hiring for a full-time early childhood role focusing on safe, developmentally appropriate care and education for children Birth to Five. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and CDA or equivalent credential, or enrolled in CDA program with plan to complete within 2 years.
• Prefer Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Prefer two years preschool classroom experience.
• Prefer bilingual Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

• Protect health and safety of children at all times.
• Assist with responsive teaching and organized learning environments.
• Support implementation of curricula across language, literacy, math, science, and social development.
• Documentation and maintenance of child files and program records.
• Communicate with teachers about child behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and other professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Assist with parent engagement activities and community events.
