Qualifications

• High School degree or GED and CDA certification.
• First Aid and CPR certifications must be obtained and maintained.
• Prefer 2 years of related Head Start preschool classroom experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to pass health and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Attend required trainings, online sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA & HIPPA and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to implement meaningful curriculum.
• Supervise classroom activities and plan developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Document progress; coordinate Part C services for children with special needs.
