Job summary

BCT Partners is seeking a Lead Program Specialist to support Head Start and Early Head Start grants. You will supervise staff, lead Regional Office activities, and ensure compliance through monitoring and reporting. This onsite role requires coordination with COR and regional leadership.

The position focuses on grant lifecycle management, data-driven decision making, and program improvement, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with federal staff and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, human services, public administration, business administration, management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant lifecycle: application review, award processing, ongoing monitoring.
• Analyze grant applications, budgets, and performance data for compliance.
• Manage grants administration activities including continuation awards and amendments.
• Lead onsite monitoring visits and risk assessments.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports and Task Summary Reports.
