Job summary

Guardians of Honor in the OHS West Region is seeking an energetic grants management professional to support the Office of Head Start. You will manage multiple concurrent grants, supervise teams, and develop SOPs and trainings to ensure timely, compliant deliverables for federal contracts.

The role requires strong communication with Head Start Program Directors, travel to multiple states, and the ability to lead project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of grants management experience.
• Experience with Head Start program standards.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple grants management projects.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality.
• Serve as point of contact for federal clients.
• Draft SOPs and QC procedures.
• Prepare status reports with project manager.
