Job summary

BCT Partners is seeking a Lead Program Specialist to support Head Start and Early Head Start grants in partnership with the Regional Office. You will oversee staff, manage the grant lifecycle, and ensure compliance with federal requirements while coordinating with the COR and regional leadership.

The role requires onsite work at the Regional Office, collaboration across internal teams, and regular reporting to strengthen program outcomes and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s preferred but not required.
• Progressive professional experience in early childhood programs; 3+ years supervisory experience in hybrid teams.
• Experience with federal discretionary grants management, program oversight, and regulatory compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and provide direction to onsite and remote staff.
• Lead Regional Office activities, tracking timelines, resources, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary client interface for the support contract, including COR engagement.
