Job summary

BCT Partners is a management consulting firm focused on solving complex social problems through data analytics and program management. The Project Manager will oversee delivery for Head Start and Early Head Start grant recipients, leading a five-person team and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive experience in grants management, budget oversight, and coordinating multi-faceted projects, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, public administration or related field; Master's is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant project management experience with 6+ years in supervisory roles.
• Experience with budget oversight and complex multi-site projects.
• Experience implementing QA systems for client services.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Office and web-based tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and adjust program work to deliver client outcomes.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality records management and compliance.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports and Client Task Summary Reports.
• Supervise a team of five; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to policies and manage staff performance and development.
