Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field with 1 year Head Start experience, or
• three years Head Start experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents the operations, activities, and recordkeeping of all program service areas to ensure program compliance.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets information for monthly monitoring reports.
• Collaborates with staff and community agencies to identify resources for child and family needs.
• Facilitates and coordinates staff training to promote professional development and ensure compliance.
• Assists in developing and evaluating service areas and program goals to ensure quality services.
• Assists in development, implementation, and monitoring of personnel actions.
• Assists in recruitment to enroll eligible children and families.
