• 18 years of age or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• 6–12 months of ECE related experience required.
• Enrolled in CDA or ECE degree program; CDA within 2 years or an Associate's within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist educators to implement daily curriculum and maintain health and safety in educational and bus settings.
• Ensure supervision of children and following program protocols for care.
• Engage with families and specialists to support school readiness goals.
• Complete on-site meal prep and cleanup per health standards.
• Attend required workshops and meetings; maintain confidentiality.
