Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Enrolled in CDA or ECE degree program; CDA to be completed within 2 years.
• Consideration for Associates degree within 5 years of hire.
• 6-12 months of ECE related experience preferred.
• Must obtain CPR and Emergency Pediatric First Aid certification as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Educators in implementing daily curriculum and safety practices.
• Ensure proper supervision of children and adherence to program protocols.
• Perform on-site meal preparation and cleanup, maintaining health standards.
• Engage with families to support individualized school readiness goals.
• Cover for bus monitor duties and maintain passenger logs as needed.
• Attend program workshops and maintain confidentiality with staff.
