Job summary

The Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency seeks a Head Start Childcare Partnership Assessment & Development Coach to enhance teaching practices and child outcomes in our community. This role provides comprehensive coaching, training, and technical assistance to partner childcare settings.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, a passion for community service, and a commitment to supporting diverse populations. This position also offers hybrid work options with candidacy for development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in early childhood education, focusing on coaching.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments using research-based tools.
• Develop individualized coaching plans.
• Provide group-based training on relevant topics.
• Offer hands-on coaching to classroom staff.
• Monitor progress towards coaching goals and provide feedback.
