Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in early childhood education or child development with teaching certification in IECE.
• Knowledge of Kentucky licensing regulations, Head Start Program Performance Standards, KY ALL STARS and NAEYC accreditation.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; ability to manipulate internal data base.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training to staff to improve CLASS scores and instructional practices.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start standards and program policies.
• Deliver Practice Based Coaching and hands-on guidance to teaching staff in West End Center.
