Job summary

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas seeks a Lead Sommelier to elevate our wine program and guest experiences. You will oversee procurement, inventory, list development, and service excellence as the resident wine expert for The Mansion Restaurant.

You will bring WSET or CMS credentials, luxury hospitality experience, and strong coaching skills to educate and lead our team while collaborating with culinary leadership to maximize guest satisfaction and beverage profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong wine knowledge and service excellence in luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing wine inventory, purchasing, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to train and develop front-of-house teams in wine service.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain wine programs and wine lists with Director of F&B.
• Deliver personalized wine recommendations and elevated service experiences.
• Oversee wine inventory, purchasing, stock controls, and product movement for profitability.
• Lead wine-focused events, tastings, and partner collaborations.
