Job summary

Station Casinos in Henderson, NV is seeking an energetic Sommelier to elevate our beverage program and guide guests through exceptional wine selections and pairings. In this role, you will collaborate with culinary and service teams, build relationships with guests, contribute to a dynamic wine program, and play a key role in driving beverage sales.

A solid wine knowledge foundation and formal certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation of wine knowledge including production methods, regions, grape varieties, vintages.
• Completion of Level 1 & 2 - Court of Master Sommelier preferred.
• At least two years of restaurant service and/or management experience in a luxury environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through wine selections and pairings.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to elevate the wine program.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of fine dining, sommelier, or beverage experience
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Wine certification (CMS, WSET, or equivalent) preferred
• Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
