Job summary

Qualifications

• You need programme-design expertise.
• Evidence-led judgement.
• Safeguarding knowledge.
• International or partner-led experience.
• Experience creating scalable resources.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Set programme priorities and quality standards; oversee testing, curricula, training resources and delivery guidance.
• Use evidence and learning to strengthen theories of change and outcomes.
• Develop accessible, user-centred and blended approaches, including responsible digital and AI use.
• Contribute to fundraising proposals, donor discussions, budgets and programme handovers.
• Embed safeguarding, inclusion, risk controls and accountability.
• Manage team development, workloads, capacity, budgets and forecasting.
