Job summary

About the role

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Programme Quality, you will turn long-term strategy into adaptable youth programmes and lead content, design and thematic specialists.

About you

You need programme-design expertise, evidence-led judgement, safeguarding knowledge, international or partner-led experience, and experience creating scalable resources. You should be able to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to fundraising, with at least five years’ experience leading and developing teams. Digital youth programmes, blended learning, responsible AI and monitoring/evaluation knowledge are desirable.

Hours, location and pay

Permanent, 21 hours weekly. London Marylebone hybrid working requires at least half of contracted hours in the office. London salary: £31,794 actual annually (£52,990 FTE). A different national scale applies outside London. Flexible arrangements depend on operational needs.
