Job summary

OpenLoop in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Workplace Operations Manager to own the daily operation of our office spaces and lead the office managers who run them. You will set standards, create playbooks, and drive consistent service across sites.

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee safety compliance, and coordinate space planning, events, and executive support for leadership. 5+ years of senior operations experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate or executive-facing operations roles.
• Experience leading admin/office staff across locations.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization.
• Proactive and resourceful with discretion for confidential info.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.
• Willing to travel between OpenLoop office locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OpenLoop's office managers and administrators; hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance.
• Provide executive-facing workplace support; meeting and event coordination for leadership.
• Own guest experience; manage sign-in, badges, parking, and access across sites.
• Manage vendor relationships; oversee maintenance and invoices.
• Oversee space planning, seating, moves with IT/vendors; support openings/closures.
• Coordinate AV, room bookings, and large meetings; ensure rooms are ready.
• Maintain safety, OSHA/ADA compliance and emergency planning.
• Oversee mail, supplies, onboarding, and culture events.
