The role requires strong facilities management, hospitality, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal. This position is onsite at our Denver HQ with a focus on operational excellence and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace operations or facilities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, PO/invoice processing, and vendor contract administration.
• Experience coordinating events and employee-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate HQ facilities operations and safety.
• Manage facilities budget, purchasing, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Lead workplace service delivery and vendor partnerships for a premium employee experience.
• Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and culture-building initiatives.
