Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executives and senior leadership. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare materials, and act as a confident liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

In this fast-paced role, you will handle confidential information with discretion, organize meetings and reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving orientation, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted partner and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and logistics for events.
  • Prioritize time-sensitive matters and keep executives prepared for meetings.
  • Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, screening inquiries and responding promptly.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to company standards.
  • Assist in board materials, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decisions.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

The Executive Assistant at Ping Identity provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality. This individual plays a critical role in facilitating efficient communication, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the executive office.

You Will:
  • Act as a trusted partner and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for internal and external events.
  • Proactively identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters, ensuring that executives are well-prepared and informed for meetings and appointments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries, and providing timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision‑making processes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and department heads to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and coordination of projects.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, streamlining administrative tasks, and increasing efficiency.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools, including the Google Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem‑solving orientation and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
