Job summary

Roblox is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join the People Team at Roblox HQ in San Mateo, CA. You will support managers and employees, resolve policy questions, and drive operational excellence through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Roblox managers and employees, inclusive of responding to their general process and policy questions and providing guidance on how to navigate specific employee situations
• Assist managers with handling and resolving employee performance cases, accommodation requests and employee-impacting reorganizations
• Own elements of HR service delivery and drive operational excellence through effective teamwork, robust data analysis and optimal process design
• Build strong cross functional relationships with partners across the People team as well as Employee Relations, Legal, People Analytics and other key collaborators
• Demonstrate the highest standard of confidentiality and build trusted, productive relationships with stakeholders through proactive, crisp and empathetic communications
• Effectively utilize HR systems and reporting tools, maintaining data accuracy and integrity and conducting periodic strategic analysis to identify trends and inform business decisions
