Job summary

Qualifications

Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead DC Workplace Experience services, ensuring exceptional employee, client, and visitor experiences.
Oversee hospitality, conference center operations, catering, and space utilization.
Manage facilities relationships, vendor performance, safety, and compliance.
Plan and execute workplace projects, space planning, and operational improvements.
Draft local communications and act as a primary point of contact for the DC office.
