Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is seeking a Head of Workplace Experience to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of workplace services, programs, and environments for a diverse, multi-location workforce. The role partners with executive leadership and HR to align initiatives with talent, culture, and business goals, while guiding facilities management, hospitality, and space optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Master's degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace experience strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead workplace transformation, including hybrid work programs and office redesigns.
• Partner with executive leadership and HR to integrate workplace initiatives with talent and culture strategies.
• Collaborate with global leads to develop standards, policies, and governance across locations.
• Create and enhance programs that boost employee satisfaction, wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
• Design employee-centric workplace journeys from onboarding to career development.
• Measure feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the workplace.
• Oversee office services, reception, hospitality, and program delivery.
• Ensure safe, sustainable, and compliant workplace environments.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead space planning and occupancy strategies for effectiveness.
• Drive technology adoption to support collaboration and productivity.
• Partner with IT to enhance digital workplace experiences.
• Ensure seamless experiences for in-office and remote employees.
• Develop and manage budgets for operating and capital expenses.
