You will oversee facilities management, hospitality, space planning, and technology integration, driving a healthy, inclusive, high-performing work culture aligned with business goals. This role partners with HR, IT, and executives across locations to advance hybrid work and ESG initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace experience strategy that supports organizational goals.
• Lead workplace transformation initiatives, including hybrid work programs and office redesigns.
• Partner with executive leadership and HR to align workplace initiatives with talent, culture, and business strategies.
• Collaborate with the global functional lead to develop workplace standards, policies, and governance frameworks across all locations.
• Oversee office services, reception, hospitality, and workplace programs.
• Manage space planning, occupancy strategies, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive workplace technology adoption and seamless experiences for in-office and remote employees.
• Develop and monitor budgets and KPIs for workplace operations and ESG objectives.
