Job summary

Munich Re America Services seeks a Head of Workplace Experience to lead strategy, design, and delivery of workplace services, programs, and environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience leading multi-site or North America workplace programs.
• Proven success managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting hybrid and flexible workplace models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace experience strategy.
• Lead workplace transformation, including hybrid work programs and office redesigns.
• Partner with executive leadership and HR to align initiatives with strategy.
• Collaborate with global leaders to establish standards and governance.
• Create programs to improve employee satisfaction, well-being and retention.
• Oversee facilities, hospitality, and space planning to maximize effectiveness.
• Drive workplace technology adoption and seamless experiences for all employees.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; monitor KPIs.
• Support sustainability and ESG objectives across locations.
