Job summary

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is seeking a Head of Workplace Experience in Princeton, NJ / NYC to lead strategy, design, and delivery of workplace services and environments that enable employees to perform at their best.

You will oversee programs in facilities management, hospitality, space utilization, and technology integration, while partnering with HR and IT to support hybrid work and diverse, inclusive workspaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in workplace experience, facilities management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading multi-site or North America workplace programs.
• Experience supporting hybrid and flexible workplace models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace experience strategy that supports organizational goals and employee needs.
• Lead workplace transformation initiatives, including hybrid work programs and office redesigns.
• Partner with executive leadership and HR to align workplace initiatives with talent, culture, and business strategies.
• Collaborate with the global functional lead to develop workplace standards, policies, and governance frameworks across locations.
• Create and enhance programs that improve employee satisfaction, well-being, engagement, and retention.
• Design employee-centric workplace journeys from onboarding through career development.
• Measure and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility within workplace environments.
• Oversee office services, reception, hospitality, and programs.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable workplace environments.
• Manage workplace vendors, service providers, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead space planning and occupancy strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Drive workplace technology adoption to support collaboration and productivity.
• Partner with IT to enhance digital workplace experiences.
• Ensure seamless experiences for in-office and remote employees.
• Develop and manage workplace operating and capital budgets.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Monitor KPIs, utilization metrics, and ROI assessments.
• Support environmental sustainability initiatives and ESG objectives.
• Promote healthy and sustainable workplace practices.
• Track KPIs such as employee engagement, space utilization, service delivery, and cost efficiency.
