Job summary

Clay is an in-person first company with three global offices. We are seeking a Workplace Experience Lead to own and elevate all HQ operations, including facilities management, space planning, and vendor partnerships for a 160,000 sq ft flagship space in New York.

You will lead 250+ Claymates, shaping culture, hospitality, and efficiency while coordinating with teams in SF and London to scale a world-class workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years leading workplace/facilities for 250+ people.
• Must have large-scale office move experience.
• Experience managing 100,000+ sq ft facility operations.
• Strategic thinking to develop long-term workplace strategies.
• Project management with multiple concurrent projects.
• Vendor, contract, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset.
• Nice to have: experience at a 500+ person company.

Responsibilities

• Own workplace operations for Clay HQ, including facilities management, space planning, vendor relationships, budget management, and long-term strategic planning for a 160,000 sq ft space.
• Mentor and coach the NYC workplace team, establish best practices and norms, and prepare for scaling.
