Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Executive Director to lead Workplace analytics strategy and reporting for Stock Plan Corporate Clients and Participants. Partner with senior leaders across Wealth Management to deliver scalable insights, governance, and cross-functional initiatives.

The role translates complex data into actionable insights, supporting business planning, revenue strategy, and equity compensation analytics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL/Python experience, including complex modeling and data manipulation.
• Proven ability to develop analytics strategies, performance frameworks, executive reporting and actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management to influence decisions at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute analytics strategy for Morgan Stanley at Work.
• Own KPI frameworks, governance and executive reporting for leadership reviews.
• Lead stock plan and corporate client analytics across public, private, and global sectors.
• Deliver sales and pipeline intelligence to support revenue expansion and prioritization.
• Advance analytics infrastructure with data governance and self-service BI.
• Lead and develop the analytics team and align with senior stakeholders.
