Responsibilities

• Manage complex Stock Plan processes and support significant project efforts
• Act as SME with front-to-back knowledge of Stock Plan operations and platforms
• Design and develop UAT strategies, test plans, and test cases with business users
• Coordinate work and document change control milestones across multiple projects
• Build relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders
• Leverage automation and AI tools to drive day-to-day activities and stakeholder solutions
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear ownership and deliverables
• Produce program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise portfolios
• Provide transparency to Senior Management on portfolio issues, risks and mitigation strategies
• Develop and present KPIs/metrics to senior management
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Experience with automation and AI tools (e.g., Alteryx, UIPath, Microsoft CoPilot)
