Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager to lead equity compensation expensing and financial reporting for corporate clients. This role focuses on delivering expert guidance using EEO or Shareworks, training teams, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Located in New York, the position involves frequent client interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 10% to support services and conferences. CPA and deep knowledge of ASC 718 are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, FP&A and/or equity compensation.
• Strong client service and training delivery capabilities.
• Proven technical, client engagement, and project leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Explains our financial reporting value proposition to clients and supports relationships with key decision makers.
• Identifies services to meet client needs and defines methodologies to deliver them.
• Creates training materials and conducts internal and external training on Shareworks and Equity Edge Online.
• Researches, reconciles and resolves client reporting issues.
