Job summary

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management seeks an Executive Director to lead Workplace analytics strategy, BI, and executive reporting for Stock Plan, Corporate Clients, and Participants. Translate complex data into insights, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities across Wealth Management businesses.

Partner with senior leaders in Finance, Product, Technology, and Data to establish trusted metrics, deliver scalable reporting, and advance cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced analytics degree preferred.
• 8+ years in analytics, strategy, or financial services.
• Hands-on SQL/Python with complex modeling.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary analytics programs.
• Strong ability to translate data into concise business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy for Workplace growth and WM at Morgan Stanley.
• Own KPI frameworks, governance, and executive reporting.
• Lead stock plan and corporate client analytics across markets.
• Identify cross-sell, referrals, and conversion opportunities.
• Deliver sales, pipeline, and revenue insights using internal and external data sources.
• Oversee participant and asset analytics in line with business needs.
• Support finance, compensation, and revenue attribution analytics.
• Drive analytics infrastructure with Tech, Data Eng, and Data Governance.
• Lead and develop the analytics team and align with stakeholders.
