Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Head of Workforce Solutions Service Delivery to own the end-to-end customer support experience for Workforce Solutions customers across a multi-partner outsourced delivery network and internal teams.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in service delivery, contact center operations, or customer success in a senior people leadership role.
• Scaled Operations Leader: proven track record managing large, distributed service organizations and KPIs at high contact volume.
• Outsourced Partner Management: experience managing outsourced delivery partners across geographies with governance and accountability.
• Hybrid Workforce Management: ability to lead vendor-managed and internal/badged teams with different models.
• Growth & Transformation Leader: experience scaling service org through rapid product or business growth, onboarding redesign, credentialing, and footprint expansion.
• Data-Driven Operator: strong analytics to translate data into interventions, site strategy, and investment cases.
• Domain Experience: prior payroll, HR/HCM, benefits, or workforce management services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end service delivery and KPI performance for Workforce Solutions across multiple delivery tiers.
• Lead and govern a multi-partner outsourced delivery network with accountability for performance.
• Directly manage internal Intuit-badged workforce experts and integrate them into the broader delivery model.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for systemic delivery issues and partner site risks.
• Own onboarding experience for new workforce experts across internal and partner teams.
• Partner with L&D, Recruiting, and Workforce Management to improve onboarding curricula.
