Intuit, Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Global Business Solutions Group's Workforce Solutions delivery at scale in San Diego. The role spans Tier 1/2 support, back-office services, and onboarding, driving performance and partner governance.

You will shape onboarding curricula, ramp plans, and credentialing while aligning with product growth and AI-enabled transformation. A strong analytics mindset and multi-site leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in service delivery, contact center operations, or customer success in a senior people leadership role.
• Scaled Operations Leader: proven track record managing large, distributed service orgs with KPI delivery.
• Outsourced Partner Management: experience across geographies with governance and accountability.
• Hybrid Workforce Management: lead vendor-managed and internal/badged teams.
• Growth & Transformation Leader: scaling orgs during rapid product growth and onboarding redesign.
• Data-Driven Operator: strong operational analytics translating data to interventions.
• Domain Experience: payroll, HR/HCM, benefits, or workforce management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or focus in Business/Operations/HR a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end service delivery and KPI performance for Workforce Solutions across multiple tiers and onboarding.
• Govern multi-partner outsourced delivery network and ensure contractual accountability.
• Manage internal Intuit-badged workforce experts and integrate into the delivery model.
• Serve as senior escalation point for delivery issues and partner site risks.
• Own onboarding experience for new workforce experts across internal and partner teams.
• Collaborate to design onboarding curricula, credentialing pathways, and ramp plans.
• Scale delivery footprint in line with growth, including GoCo integration.
• Oversee products/services across the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, etc.
• Develop data-backed business cases for credentialing, training, and headcount.
