You will drive performance, onboarding, and escalation management for a high-growth payroll and HR platform, aligning with product roadmaps and capacity planning. You will lead credentialing, onboarding redesign, and footprint expansion while leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to scale Tier 1 and Tier 2 operations.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in service delivery, contact center ops, or customer success with senior people leadership.
• Scaled ops: manage large, distributed services with KPI targets.
• Outsourced partner management across geographies and multi-site footprints.
• Hybrid workforce management: vendor and internal teams under varied policies.
• Growth and transformation: scale services with onboarding redesign and footprint expansion.
• Data-driven: translate performance data into actions and investment cases.
• Domain experience in payroll, HR/HCM, benefits, or workforce management is preferred.

• Own end-to-end service delivery and KPI performance for Workforce Solutions across multiple tiers and onboarding.
• Lead and govern a multi-partner outsourced network with accountability to performance standards.
• Direct internal team performance, development, and integration within policies.
• Serve as senior escalation point for systemic delivery issues and partner risks.
• Own onboarding experience across internal and partner teams; design curricula and ramp plans.
• Scale delivery footprint to support rapid product growth and GoCo integration.
