Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Head of Workforce Solutions Service Delivery to own the end-to-end customer support experience for Workforce Solutions customers.

You will manage a multi-partner outsourced delivery network across geographies and an internal Intuit team, driving performance, onboarding, and partner alignment with policy. The role drives scale with the GoCo acquisition, expands capabilities into a full-employee-lifecycle platform, and partners with Product, Finance, and Workforce

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in service delivery, contact center operations, or customer success in a senior people leadership role.
• Scaled Operations Leader: proven track record managing large, distributed service organizations and KPIs.
• Outsourced Partner Management: experience managing outsourced delivery partners across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery and KPI performance for Workforce Solutions across multiple tiers and onboarding.
• Lead and govern a multi-partner outsourced delivery network with accountability for performance standards.
• Direct internal team performance, development, and integration into the delivery model.
• Serve as senior escalation point for systemic delivery issues and risks.
• Own end-to-end onboarding experience for new workforce experts across internal and partner teams.
• Scale the delivery footprint to match growth, including GoCo acquisition impacts.
• Lead data-informed site-level decisions on footprint, capacity, and talent domain expertise.
• Develop business cases to justify credentialed hiring and training investments.
• Establish governance cadence across partners and internal teams.
